We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with 7+ years of backend development experience to join our fast-growing tech team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Python 3.10+, API development with Flask, and cloud services on AWS. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, system design skills, and a passion for clean, scalable code.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python 3.10+ and Flask
- Build and manage RESTful APIs integrated with internal and third-party services
- Implement and manage relational database schemas using PostgreSQL and Alembic
- Utilize AWS services like S3, Lambda, SQS (ECS is a bonus)
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests using Pytest
- Ensure code quality with linting tools (flake8, black) and adhere to best practices
- Optimize backend performance and database queries
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code/design reviews, and team collaboration
