Understanding the Role: What Does an OMPF Analyst / Engineer Do at Virtusa? In this role, you will validate and manage complex order forms and contracts for Google services, ensuring accuracy from Field Sales Representatives (FSR) and Deal Support Specialists (DSS) while maintaining seamless downstream billing.
Your core day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Order & Contract Creation: Validating incoming Order Forms using Google Workspace tools for completeness, financial alignment, and policy adherence. You will also use Salesforce (Vector) to track sales opportunities and oversee CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
- Operations & SLA Management: Utilizing Q+ and internal tracking tools to monitor queue health, maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and meet strict operational SLAs. You will partner directly with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to clear billing blocks and booking errors.
- Renewals & Compliance: Processing contract renewal cases using standardized checklists, aligning agreements with commercial and legal frameworks, and executing policy approval checks.
- Quality & Collaboration: Collaborating with SMEs and QA teams, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), resolving stakeholder escalations with data, and minimizing repeat defects.
